Refund & Cancellation Policy

This covers the only paid product on Vetted Glow: the Featured placement subscription. Listings and owner accounts are free.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime — no calls, no hoops. Use the owner dashboard (“Manage Featured”), cancel directly in your PayPal account, or email support@vettedglow.com. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately and removes the Featured label from your listing.

Refunds

First charge, 14 days:if Featured isn’t what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll refund it in full.

Renewals:renewal charges aren’t automatically refundable, but if you cancel just after a renewal or something went wrong, email us — we’re reasonable and we’d rather keep your trust than a month’s fee.

Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full, always.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through PayPal to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Questions: support@vettedglow.com.
