Vetted Glow(“we,” “us”) is an independent guide to med spas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the site, we never sell your information, and you can email us anytime to see or delete what we have.

What we collect

Visitors browsing the guide— we don’t require an account. We may use your approximate, IP-based location (city level) to show spas near you, and basic analytics to understand what pages are used. We don’t track you across other sites.

Spa owners — if you submit a form, request a spa visibility report, start a Featured checkout, or create an owner account, we collect what you give us: your name, email, spa name, website, and account credentials (passwords are hashed by our auth provider; we never see them).

Payments — Featured subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Your card or bank details go to PayPal, not to us. We only store your subscription ID and its status.

Business listing data — listing information (names, addresses, ratings, review counts, review excerpts, photos) comes from publicly available sources such as Google Maps. It describes businesses, not private individuals. If your business is listed and you want something corrected or removed, email support@vettedglow.com.

How we use it

To run the directory, respond to your inquiries, deliver reports you request, manage owner accounts and Featured subscriptions, and send service emails. If you contacted us as a business owner, we may follow up about your listing and related services — every marketing email has an opt-out, and you can reply “stop” anytime.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the site work: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), PayPal (payments), our CRM (lead and contact management), and our email provider (transactional email). Each processes data on our behalf. We never sell personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for owner sign-in sessions. No third-party advertising cookies.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and lead data while it’s useful for running the service. Email support@vettedglow.com to access, correct, or delete your personal information — we’ll handle it within 30 days. The service is intended for adults (18+).
